As you go over the river and through the woods, to grandmother's house we... er, i mean... Wait, hold on... Well, yeah, head west though the forest path, and quickly! You'll be bound to encounter some badies, though; here's hoping the experience doesn't prove too annoying. KIMARA BUG LVL: 19, HP: 700, MP: 25 ATTACKS: Butterfly attack (low damage), Stop Web (Puts a character into STOP status), Spider Attack (Moderate damage) ELEMENTS: Voids GRAVITY EXP: 190, AP: 19, GIL: 278 STEAL: Spider Web, MORPH: Hourglass, WIN: Hi-Potion These three-faced freaks will take you on solo or in pairs. They like to STOP members of your party, then attack. This is only a concern though if your levels are low. TOUCH ME LVL: 18, HP: 300, MP: 74 ATTACKS: Frog jab (Low, low damage, induces/cures "FROG" status), FROG SONG (Sleep + Frog) ELEMENTS: none EXP: 170, AP: 23, GIL: 180 STEAL: Impaler, MORPH: Remedy, WIN: Maiden's Kiss Uuugh. Frogs. You can get the Frog Song E-skill from them, but, it's annoying! I'd recommend having some White capes equipped, or just kill the bastards asap. They'll fight you either singly or in pairs. There's also supposed to be a third enemy called the Flower Prong here, but, I tried looking for one for over an hour, and NOTHING. Either they didn't wanna play, or my game's messed up. In any case, no screencaps or info, sorry =( When you get to the second screen, keep going a little further, and you'll find a very nice materia on the ground: DEATHBLOW! This materia gives you a 50/50 chance of striking either a critical hit, or a miss (Though i think your level and luck are put into play somehow; so when you first get it, you'll be missing more than hitting; conversely, later in the game, you can use this and hit maybe 75-90% of the time) Now, go on up the second vertical path to Gongaga.
