Contents of this ZIP:

READ_ME.txt (you're reading it now, stupid!)

ff7betap1.exe (The upside-down movies patch, from eidos)

ff7_102.zip (An application to allow compatability with modern video cards,
 courtesy of eidos)

ff7_chocobo_patch.zip (By Qhimm.  Fixes the infamous "Game crashes at chocobo
races in WinXP" problem)

"INSTALLATION"
********************

Extract the files anywhere you'd like (though except maybe your ff7 directory
itself).  Install in the order listed above where needed (for instance, if
you're not having problems with fmvs, you don't need to run ff7betap1.exe).
the zip files have readme's detailing thier use.  But basically:

ff7betap1: double click, point the pop up at your ff7 directory, and install.

ff7_102.zip: open this, and extract the two files into your ff7 directory, and
hit "yes" to overwrite your existing files.

ff7_chocobo_patch.zip: extract the exe, then double-click to install.

I havn't made an auto-installer for any of these, because I didn't want to
do anything to anyone's computer they may not have wanted (unlike a certain
"XP patch" which overwrites one of your Windows system files, as well as
not giving credit where it's due...)
